The Lost Realm is composed of 19 states, 16 of which are ruled by humans. Sharnea and Falta ald'le Tsir are the exceptions, being ruled by the Sharneans and the Tsir respectively. The last once boasted a bustling human civilization, but is currently under the dominion of the Blood Spawn.
